Overview of the VOMED arthroscopy range.
The Arthro.LINE from VOMED includes high precision Shaver-Blades and the Shaver-System.
In addition, since 2006 VOMED has also supplied its customers 2006 with the first-class hand-held instruments of the self-developed ARTHmed® brand. This successful combination of technology and aesthetics consists of surgical Hand Instruments for arthroscopy, characterised by excellent cutting performance and extremely high precision and durability.
All these products are used mainly in the areas of knee arthroscopy and shoulder arthroscopy.

ARTHmed®Hand Instruments:
- Extremely precise cutting, perforation and gripping of tissue
- Long service life thanks to being made entirely of stainless steel
- Versatility thanks to 5 different handle types and basic shapes
- High economic efficiency thanks to repair and resharpening service

Shaver-Blades:
- For cutting and milling bones, cartilage and tissue
- Multi-use, made completely of stainless steel, autoclavable
- Couplings compatible with Arthrex and Linvatec
- Packaging unit: 1 box of 5 units
- 6 basic cutting shapes and 3 basic milling shapes
- 3 different diameters (Ø 3.5 mm, Ø 4.2 mm, Ø 5.5 mm)
Shaver-System:
- Consisting of console, handpiece and foot switch
- A second handpiece can be connected in parallel
- Clockwise/counter-clockwise operation, oscillating
- Individually adjustable speed between 800 – 8,000 rpm
- Language selection
- Setting of different oscillation times possible
